Your responsibilities when using ROBBY and participating in campaigns.

About ROBBY and these terms
ROBBY connects local businesses with creators who share their genuine experiences. These terms apply to accounts and platform use, together with the Creator Reward Rules or Business Campaign Terms for your role. The Privacy Policy describes information handling.

Eligibility and accounts
New account holders must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement. Provide accurate details, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Business representatives must have authority to act for their business. Contact verification confirms access to a contact, not business legitimacy or payout approval.
Creator and business workspaces are separate. A business creator preview is read-only. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, create fraudulent activity, or misuse another person’s information.
Features, campaigns, and payments
Read the offer and campaign terms before participating. Publication, submission, and approval are different from an available reward. Rewards depend on the disclosed campaign requirements, review, and confirmed funding.
Payment and redemption options depend on the services available in your account. Sandbox transactions use test funds rather than real money. ROBBY is a marketing and rewards platform, not a bank. Reward vouchers follow their campaign and redemption terms; they are separate from a bank balance. Actual reward records, rather than promotional illustrations, determine eligibility.
Your content and conduct
You retain your rights in your original content. Submit only material you have permission to use. Submission allows ROBBY to access and review the submitted material for campaign administration. It does not automatically grant a business unlimited advertising or reuse rights. Any broader use requires a separate, clearly disclosed permission.
Use honest experiences and disclose incentives. Harassment, unlawful activity, fake engagement, misleading claims, stolen content, and exposure of private information are prohibited. Honest criticism is permitted.
Problems, restrictions, and changes
Contact support to report an error, request a review, or ask about closing your account. ROBBY may restrict access where needed to investigate fraud, security problems, or violations. A restriction does not by itself resolve an outstanding reward or payment dispute.
Service interruptions may occur. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you. No compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver is introduced here. Material policy changes will have a new version and date; an earlier acceptance is not proof of acceptance of later terms.
