Privacy Policy
What ROBBY collects and how to make a privacy request.
Effective October 9, 2026 · Version 2026-10-09.1
Information collected
Depending on the features you use, ROBBY receives account names, email addresses, phone numbers, business and representative details, location information you provide, social handles, public post links, optional receipts, uploaded business logos, campaign participation, feedback, reward and redemption records, and policy acceptance records.
Email/password accounts store a password hash rather than a readable password. Sessions and security controls may use session identifiers, IP-related rate-limit information, and request metadata. ChatGPT-linked sign-in supplies identity information through the hosting service. Social handles are profile references. Adding a handle records the information you provide; performance verification follows the submission review process.
Why it is used and who can see it
Information supports account access, contact verification, campaign administration, content review, fraud prevention, rewards, support, and service security. Creator submissions and relevant review information can be seen by authorized ROBBY reviewers and the associated business. Published campaign information and approved public community stories are visible to visitors according to the feature’s visibility.
ROBBY uses hosted database and file storage through ChatGPT Sites. Resend delivers verification emails, and configured Twilio Verify services handle SMS verification. Available Stripe payment flows send the required payment information to Stripe. Sign-in providers process identity and session information. Each provider’s privacy terms apply to its processing. ROBBY’s application uses account information for service operations rather than advertising targeting.
Cookies, preferences, and tracking
Session cookies support sign-in and security. Browser local storage saves appearance and accessibility preferences. Device appearance detection reads the browser’s light/dark preference. ROBBX uses prepared help answers. Its conversation stays in the current browser page and clears when you reload or clear the conversation.
The current application uses essential account cookies and preference storage rather than advertising trackers. Hosting providers process technical information under their own policies. A browser Do Not Track signal does not change these essential functions. Changes to information use will be reflected in this policy and any applicable privacy choices.
Retention and security
Account and campaign records are retained while needed to operate the service and address security, disputes, or applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention is managed according to these purposes rather than a fixed automatic deletion schedule. You can request deletion or closure through support. Legally required records and information needed to resolve outstanding matters may be retained.
Access controls, password hashing, and service-provider security reduce risk, but no service can promise absolute security. Never send passwords, verification codes, or full payment card details to support or ROBBX.
Requests and California privacy
Email support@therobby.com to request access, correction, deletion, or information about sharing. Describe the request without including sensitive credentials. Support may need to verify identity before acting. Eligible accounts can use Settings → Delete account with a fresh code sent to a verified email or phone. The destination is shown before sending; entering the code and choosing permanent deletion confirms the request. Accounts with campaign or financial history, or ChatGPT-linked sign-in, need support-assisted closure. Request access to your information through support email.
Where applicable, California residents may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and receive equal treatment when exercising privacy rights. These rights depend on the law’s applicability and permitted exceptions. Send requests to support@therobby.com; ownership verification may be required. This policy preserves rights provided by applicable law.
Age and updates
New accounts are intended for adults 18 and older. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact support. Policy changes will be published here with a new date and version. This version takes effect on October 9, 2026.
