Business Campaign Terms
Responsibilities for publishing and funding a campaign.
Effective October 9, 2026 · Version 2026-10-09.1
Business authority and accurate offers
Provide accurate business and location details and act only with authority to represent the business. Email and phone verification are not a legal business or Stripe payout verification. Publish clear offers, briefs, platforms, dates, disclosures, and reward conditions. Do not offer prohibited goods or make misleading claims.
Funding and fees
Campaign publication does not confirm funding. Check the recorded budget after payment-provider confirmation before promising funded rewards. Checkout submission alone is not confirmation. Use the funding options enabled in your account and verify the resulting budget record.
The current reward calculation can include a 20 percent platform fee alongside the creator reward. Confirm the fee and total commitment shown for the offer before funding or participating. This page does not authorize undisclosed charges. Stripe onboarding and payout eligibility remain separate checks.
Independent opinions and content use
Do not require positive opinions, five-star reviews, fabricated experiences, or removal of honest criticism as a condition of compensation. Campaign requirements should concern genuine work and disclosed deliverables. ROBBY staff make the final content review decision.
Viewing a submission does not grant unlimited rights to use a creator’s video, likeness, music, or other material in advertising. Obtain separate permission defining the intended use before reuse. Respect social-platform rules, including restrictions on incentivized reviews.
Cancellation and results
Contact support about cancellations, unused funds, or disputes. Funding commitments and issued rewards need review before any refund is determined. Represent reward availability according to the campaign’s confirmed funding and issued reward records.
No campaign guarantees sales, reach, engagement, or return on investment. Business creator preview is read-only. Account closure does not erase outstanding payment or campaign obligations.
