Content and Disclosure Guidelines
Real experiences, clear disclosures, and respectful content.
Effective October 9, 2026 · Version 2026-10-09.1
Be honest
Describe what you actually experienced. Positive, neutral, and negative honest opinions are allowed. Do not invent experiences, fake testimonials, engagement, or claims. Incentives cannot be conditioned on a positive review or rating. Businesses must not pressure creators to change honest opinions.
Disclose your connection
Clearly disclose payment, rewards, free products, or another material relationship to the business. Use plain wording such as “Paid partnership with [business]” or “I received a reward from [business] for this post.” Put disclosures where viewers will notice them, together with the endorsement, rather than only in a profile or hidden after more text.
For video, make the disclosure noticeable in the video itself; use spoken and visible wording where appropriate. A platform’s partnership label may not be sufficient alone. Follow the campaign and social platform’s requirements as well as applicable law.
Rights and prohibited material
Use content, music, images, and people’s likeness only with the needed permissions. Do not post private documents, personal contact details, harassment, hateful or threatening content, unlawful material, or misleading health or financial claims. Ask before filming identifiable people in private settings.
Moderation
ROBBY staff review campaign submissions against disclosed requirements. Rule violations can lead to changes requested, rejection, or access restrictions. Honest criticism alone is not grounds for rejection. Send reports or review appeals through the Report a Problem page.
