Creator Reward Rules
Understand what must happen before a reward becomes available.
Effective October 9, 2026 · Version 2026-10-09.1
Before participating
Read the campaign’s offer, dates, accepted platforms, brief, disclosures, and reward terms. Participate through your creator account and submit genuine work based on your own experience. Do not purchase fake views or submit another creator’s work. A reward must not depend on expressing a positive opinion.
Review and reward calculation
ROBBY staff review submissions and enter reviewed performance counts. Adding a social handle records your profile; review of a submitted post determines verification. Check your activity page for Under review, Changes requested, Approved, Not approved, or Withdrawn status and any feedback.
An approved post does not alone create an available reward. Performance offers use their stated calculation and cap; other offers use their displayed terms. Confirmed campaign funding and an active voucher record are required before redemption. Do not assume an advertised maximum is your earned amount.
Streaks and redemption
The activity page shows current streak timing and freeze rules. Eligible posts, review decisions, and timing affect progress. A streak counter or milestone display is not itself a payment promise.
Follow the voucher’s displayed redemption instructions and status. Use only the redemption methods offered for your account and voucher. Sandbox transactions are tests using test funds. Transferability and redemption value follow the voucher terms; a displayed reward amount is separate from a cash withdrawal.
Feedback and appeals
Read the reason for a review decision. Updates and resubmission are available only while the campaign is open. If you believe a decision or amount is wrong, email support with the campaign and submission details. Support reviews the evidence; this page does not promise a response deadline or a particular outcome.
